HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 133 OF 2015 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 04-12-2014 passed by learned single Judge in Writ Petition No.7233 of 2014 directing the counsel for the appellants to represent the petition before the Presiding Officer, Labour Court stating the reasons justifying the maintainability of the petition, with further direction to the Presiding Officer to pass a reasoned order on the petition filed by the appellants. We are informed that the Presiding Officer has accordingly passed reasoned order on the petition filed by the appellants. In view thereof, this writ appeal has rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.

Disposal of the writ appeal however shall not preclude the appellants from challenging the order of the Labour Court in appropriate proceedings. All contentions on merits are kept open.
