Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that his representation dt.18.01.2016 with regard to making entries in the Record of Rights is pending consideration before the 4th respondent. He also states that even though 4th respondent issued a letter dt.08.08.2013 to the 2nd respondent and 3rd respondent issued a letter dt.14.11.2013 in favour of the petitioner, no action has been taken by the 4th respondent.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the petitioner's representation within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, taking into account the above letters, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.18.01.2016 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, taking into account the above letters, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
