This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing orders on the stay application as well as revision filed by the petitioner on 31.07.2018, against the orders passed by the 3rd respondent dated 06.07.2018 in Appeal No.D/356/2017.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay application within a period of two weeks and revision within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
