THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.38244 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that, on receipt of a private complaint from the petitioner herein before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsapur, Medak District, Cr.No.213/2018 has been registered on the file of the Narsapur Police Station, for the alleged offences under Sections 427, 447, 506r/w 34 IPC on 22.10.2018. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
