Balaji Ankem, S/O Sri Satyanarayana v. The State Of Telangana

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37124 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.229 of 2014 on the file of Mahabubabad Town Police Station, Warangal District. By way of this writ petition, he seeks a direction to the police authorities to conduct and conclude the investigation in the said crime without further delay. The Station House Officer, Mahabubabad Town Police Station, Warangal District, furnished written instructions dated 25.11.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that after due investigation in the subject crime, final report dated 30.09.2015 was filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mahabubabad, referring the case as 'Action Dropped' after serving a copy of the same to the complainant. In the light of the afore-stated development, the prayer of the petitioner stands answered.
