THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13092 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 to A.7 and A.9 to A.12 in C.C.No.970 of 2015 on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Kukatpally at Miyapur of Ranga Reddy District. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition. He further requested the Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court on each and every date of adjournment. 3 There is no dispute with regard to the identity of the petitioners who are A.2 to A.7 and A.9 to A.12 in C.C.No.970 of 2015 before the Court below. Even if the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with, no prejudice will be caused to the 2nd respondent.

4 Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by dispensing with the presence of the petitioners who are A.2 to A.7 and A.9 to A.12 in C.C.No.970 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District. However, they shall appear before the trial Court as and when their presence so required.
