ORDER:

Petitioner complains of action of the third respondent in repeatedly calling him to the police station without there being any crime registered against him.

2. Instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader show that there is no complaint whatsoever received and registered before the third respondent against the petitioner and neither the petitioner nor his family members are required to visit the third respondent police station, as no case is registered against them. The allegation of summoning the petitioner etc. is denied.

3. Since there is no case or complaint pending against the petitioner before the third respondent police station and since it is stated that the presence of either the petitioner or his family members is not required, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition.
