The only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by him in ROR Appeal No.B/257/2016, is pending before the 4th respondent and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the appeal filed by the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the appeal in ROR Appeal No.B/257/2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
