THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.38260 of 2018 ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner submitted representation/application on 29.9.2018 to the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation/application filed by the petitioner.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to verify and pass appropriate orders on the representation/application dated 29.9.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
