HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7892 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.3 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.118 of 2015 of P.S. Tada Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that while the de facto complainant was going in a car along with cash, the petitioner and others robbed the cash and caused injuries to the de facto complainant and his driver. In view of the gravity of the offence and in view of the fact that the petitioner belonged to other State and the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
