CVNR,J & TA, J Date:25.10.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus, directing the police to produce Smt.Uppala Sahithi (for short 'the alleged detenue'), the wife of the petitioner before this court and to set her free.

The police of respondent No.4 police station have produced the alleged detenue. She informed the court that the petitioner married her when she was in an unconscious state and that she is not willing to live with him. She further stated that she is voluntarily staying with her parents.

In the light of the views expressed by the alleged detenue as noted above, the writ petition is dismissed.
