Both the writ petitions are similar and the petitioners claim that they were granted house site pattas and they have constructed houses bearing D.Nos.10247/2 and 10-247/4. Alleging that there is interference by the 4th respondent, without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed. The issue raised in these Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.2070 and 2072 of 2016, dated 27.01.2016. In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, these Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
