This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.159 of 2013 on the file of the Kothur Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 354 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the case against the petitioner was ended in acquittal and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
