This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the properties of the petitioners of various extents of land in Survey Nos.133/2, 133/3, 133/4, 133/1, 134/1, 129/4, 129/7, 130/4, 130/5, 133/5, situated in Gummulur Village, Apparaopeta Grampanchayat, Akiveedu Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the aforesaid properties of the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Sri K.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent Gram Panchayat submits that there is 0.20 cents of Government land in Survey No.131 of Gummalur Village and the 4th respondent is constructing a solid waste management yard in the said survey number; and that petitioners are not claiming any land in Survey No.131. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the

respondents shall not dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
