HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Crl.R.C.No. 2889 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- Sri Nadipalli Ananda Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to avail appropriate remedy.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to them under law. The Registry is directed to return the original documents of this Revision Case to the petitioners.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
