This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the order, dated 21.10.2014, of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Srikalahasti, passed in I.A.No.1236 of 2014 in O.S.No.46 of 2010. 2 .

There is no representation for the petitioner/ plaintiff. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court dismissed the suit with costs on 09.02.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
