This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court dated 20.06.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.17592 of 2016 in W.P.No.14107 of 2016.

When the matter is taken up for consideration after issuing notice, the learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the Order dated 22.09.2017 implementing the order of this Court.
