THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32872 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi worker at Peddavura Project, Nalgonda District by proceedings dated 31.12.1985. When she was working at Chervupally-II of Nalgonda District, on the basis of alleged complaint a show cause notice was issued on 29.07.2015 asking the petitioner to submit her explanation on the allegations contained in the complaint with regard to her educational qualification. The petitioner submitted her explanation on 06.08.2015. However, without conducting any enquiry, an order was passed on 15.09.2015 terminating the services of petitioner. Against the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the District Collector, Nalgonda on 06.06.2016, during pendency of the present writ petition.

In view of the pending of appeal before the District Collector, Nalgonda, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, however, directs the District Collector, Nalgonda to consider the appeal, preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 15.09.2015 passed by respondent No.3, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No

order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
