Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners made several representations to the respondent authorities for fixing the full tank level and buffer zone markings, in respect of their lands in Sy.No.105, admeasuring Ac.2.20 guntas and Survey No.106, admeasuring 1.15 guntas and in Survey No.107, admeasuring Ac.1.39 guntas, in all admeasuring Ac.5.34 guntas, situated in Alwal Village, Alwal Mandal (previously Malkajgiri Mandal), Medchal Malkajgiri District (Previously Ranga Reddy District). As the same is not being disposed of, present with petition is filed.

Heard Sri V.Narasimha Gound, learned counsel for 5th respondent, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned counsel for respondents 6, 7 and 8, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for 3rd respondent. Since the application submitted by the petitioners is stated to be pending before the concerned authorities, the respondents 3, 5 and 6 are directed to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioners for fixing full tank level and buffer zone markings, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
