This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"To issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 4 in entering the names of the Respondents No 5 to 7 in the revenue records in respect of land bearing Sy Nos 331/1 331/2 and 331/3 Old R S No 247 total admeasuring Ac 587 cents situated at Koyarajamandry village Buttaigudem Mandal West Godavari District dated 27.1.2018 and 29.1.2018 as wholly illegal arbitrary and in violation of Principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to restrain the Respondents Nos.5 to 7 from cutting the eucalyptus trees in the land of the petitioner herein in Sy Nos 331/1 331/2 and 331/3 Old R S No 247 total admeasuring Ac.587 cents situated at Koyarajamandry village Buttaigudem Mandal West Godavari District until disposal of main writ petition". 2.
Heard Sri P.R.K.Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Respondents and perused the material available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the notice issued by the 2nd respondent-Special Deputy Collector (TW), Polavaram/KR Puram in S.R.No.14 of 2018, petitioners submitted their explanation on 4.8.2018 to the said notice, but no action has been taken so far. 4.
In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd Respondent-Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare), Polavaram, ITDA Office, K.R. Puram, Buttaigudem mandal, West Godavari District, to dispose of S.R.No.14/2018 after taking into account the
explanation dated 4.8.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by following the procedure established by law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J Date: 24.10.2018 DA
