THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.20685 OF 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought for in the writ petition is as under: "Issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature d Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 about the dismantle of the Wakf property Sunni Muslim Grave Yard, Masjid-e-Subhani, Amkana Baitulmal with House Nos. 6-3-1147, 6-3-1143 to 6-3-1146 about 10000 sq yards, with Sy. No. 128/1, 2, 3 surrounded by the following boundaries: North: Open Land, South: Open Land, East: Railway Lane and West: Way situated at Maqta Bhole Shah, Khairatabad, Hyderabad and not protecting the wakf property nor taken any action against the illegal dismantle of the wakf property is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14 to 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.

1 and his officials employees not to interfere in the Wakf property". Since the writ petition pertains to 2015, by efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps available under law as and when fresh cause of action arises. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
