HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO. 1073 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondents states that the respondents have complied with the order dated 1.9.2014 in WPMP No. 25866 of 2014 in W.P.No. 20627 of 2014. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to proceed further in the Contempt Case and accordingly the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
