HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 8 3 5 7 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kadapa, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that on receipt of the Radio Message from the Government Pleader, the 2nd respondent i.e., the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kadapa, Kadapa District, gone through the contents of the Writ Petition and deny all the allegations made against the respondent nos.3 and 4. Further, the 2nd respondent called the 3rd respondent to his office and explained the contents of the Writ Petition and enquired whether the writ petitioner was subjected to harassment by the 3rd respondent. The 3rd rpr denied the allegations made by the writ petitioner.

It is submitted that the 2nd respondent also made enquiries against the 4th respondent and he also denied the allegations made against him. It is submitted that the 4th respondent acted as in-charge Sub-Inspector of Police of Kadapa Taluk P.S., Originaly the 4th respondent is posted as SubInspector of Police, Kadapa II Town P.S. It is submitted that there is a civil suit A.S.No.90/ 2018 against the judgment and Decree in O.S.No.211 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kadapa, against both the parties i.e., the writ petitioner and the respondent No.6. The writ petitioner also made a representation to the District Judge, Kadapa directly.

It is submitted that the 2nd respondent made thorough enquiry into the contents of the Writ

Petition and the 3rd and 4th respondents have never called the writ petitioner and never threatened the writ petitioner. The respondents never involved in the civil dispute between the parties i.e., the writ petitioner and the 6th respondent.

The writ petitioner filed the present Writ Petition with false and baseless allegations against the respondents. It is submitted that the writ petitioner filed false and frivolous Writ Petition to obtain the order from the Hon'ble High Court."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kadapa.
