At the hearing it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that C.R.P. No.2495 of 2015 and batch, which were filed against orders of the lower Court identical to that as passed in the present case, was dismissed by order dt.3.7.2015. Following the above mentioned order, this civil revision petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons and observations contained therein shall form part of this order.
