This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by petitioners/A.10, A.11 & A.15, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No. 88 of 2010 on the file of Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 31.5.2017, issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad City, would submit that investigation is completed and charge sheet was filed and PRC No. 6/2014 was registered by learned XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and therefore, the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

4. Considering the submission, Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
