Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent, at the instance of respondents 4 to 6, calling and threatening him to handover premises bearing D.No.2-119 in 28/2 situated at Tirumala Colony, Bairamalgude Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Hence, he filed the present writ petition. The instructions received by the learned Government Pleader state that one Sri Sama Venkat Reddy lodged a complaint on 26-01-2015 alleging that the petitioner along with 30 members trespassed into his house and damaged the compound wall. Basing on the said complaint, a case in Cr.No.79 of 2015 was registered by the 3rd respondent and the petitioner herein is figured as A1.

While the investigation is under progress, the said complainant lodged another complaint on 29-01-2015 alleging that the petitioner herein along with his wife and 10 others criminally trespassed into the complainant's land and wrongfully confined the watchman. Based on which, a case in Cr.No.90 of 2015 was registered on 29-01-2015. In the said case also, the petitioner herein is shown as A1. it is stated that the petitioner is required in the above two said cases and it is stated that 3rd respondent would follow the due procedure under law while summoning the petitioner. The allegation of the petitioner that the respondent police are threatening to handover possession is denied.

unsubstantiated. However, the 3rd respondent is directed to confine himself to the investigation of the aforesaid two crimes and take appropriate further steps in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
