This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.5, in trying to interfere with the petitioner's

peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.82 cents, Ac.0.76 cents and Ac.0.42 cents in Survey Nos.357/1, 363/2 and 359 respectively of Varakavipudi Gram Panchayat, Anantapuram Village, T.P.Guduru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to interfere with her possession of the aforesaid lands. After arguing the case, Mr.C.Prakash, learned Counsel representing Mr.K.Srinivas, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper averments.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.50706 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
