THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11673 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.364 of 2013 of Hanamkonda Police Station, wherein they alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 468, 120-B, 420, 471, 474 and 506 IPC. 2.

Today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing letter, dated 30.05.2017, issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal District, would submit that the matter was ended in compromise before Lok Adalat on 28.05.2014 and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous.

In the light of above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
