ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 2-4-2014 in I.A.No.338 of 2013 in O.S.No.25 of 2007 on the file of the learned XI Additional District Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. On 5-2-2015, the case was adjourned on account of the absence of the counsel for the petitioner. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the case.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.6338 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
