Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 23-12-2014, in WP.No.39438 of 2014, by the respondent.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed before the Court, the

proceeding in Ref.No.CRP/MP/E121400241/1OT non-tippers/7710, dated 23-02-2015, of the office of the respondent whereunder the petitioner was informed that as per the order of this Court, his representation, dated 26-12-2014, is considered and that his price bid will be opened accordingly. The learned Counsel has also submitted that as per the said communication, the respondent has opened the petitioner's price bid and found the same to be the lowest and that questioning the said action of the respondent, the tenderer, who was earlier declared as the lowest, has filed a Writ Petition.

In the light of the above facts, I am of the opinion that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court though belatedly. Hence, I am not inclined to proceed further against the respondents.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed.
