None appeared for the petitioners.

While admitting the writ petition on 6.2.2013, this Court in WPMP No.4267 of 2013 granted interim direction. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the interim direction granted by this Court on 6.2.2013 in WPMP No.4267 of 2013, out of 25 petitioners, four petitioners have reported to duty, and they were continued. Subsequently, three of them left the service and petitioner No.17 alone was absorbed into service.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
