Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition in the event of non-consideration of appointment by management and he also filed a letter with the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
