HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.36121 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 25.10.2014 and continuing the suspension for a long period.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned special counsel for respondents 2 to 5 produced proceedings of the Project Director dated 23.04.2015, whereby final orders are passed in the disciplinary proceedings, removing the petitioner from service.

3. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies available to him, if he is aggrieved of the removal/termination from service. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
