When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition has been resolved, as the respondent Bank has agreed to pay increments and arrears to the petitioner in terms of letters dated 17.06.2019 and 21.06.2019.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner.

By placing the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, the writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
