HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT C.R.P.No.5226_OF 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel submit that the parties to the revision are revision petitioner in C.R.P.No.5517 of 2016, and the objection raised in the EP is similar to the objection raised by the revision petitioner in E.P.No.174 of 2013 in O.S.No.303 of 2005 in the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

The learned Senior Civil Judge has overruled the objection raised by the petitioner through order dated 27.08.2016 and the 1st petitioner filed C.R.P.No.5517 of 2016 against the order dated 27.08.2016. C.R.P.No.5517 of 2016 is dismissed vide order dated 18.04.2017. Therefore, for the same reasons, the instant revision is to be dismissed.

The statement is placed on record and the revision is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
