The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in laying the Pipe line and CC road through the open plots admeasuring 104 sq. Yards each situated at Anakapalli Town, Visakhapatnam District belonging to the petitioners without issuing any notice or affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent-authorities are not laying any CC road or any pipeline through the subject lands of the petitioners.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
