THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1450 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court in W.P.No.9787 of 2015, dated 01.06.2015. This Court by the said order directed the respondent herein to pass appropriate orders after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner on or before 30.06.2015.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that notice of enquiry was issued only on 29.06.2015.

Learned Government Pleader submits that a final order of cancellation of authorisation was passed on 14.09.2015 since the petitioner herself sought time during the process of enquiry.

The date of communication of the order is not known and in view of the passing of the order of cancellation of authorisation, the enquiry in the present Contempt Case is unnecessary at this stage. The Contempt Case is, therefore, closed in view of the passing of final orders on 14.09.2015, which was communicated to the petitioner, and giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings available to her in law.
