THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.43735 OF 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) Sri V.V.Raghavan, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal.

Sri Maheswara Rao Kuncheam, learned counsel for the respondent Corporation, was also heard.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Interim order dated 16.12.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
