Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned Government Pleader that vide proceedings No.Rev/C6/ARMS/0076/2017/E-2547 dated 27.8.2018, the Joint Collector, Mahabubnagar revoked the Arms licence of the petitioner herein. Therefore, leaving it open to the petitioner to assail the said order by way of availing appropriate remedy, this writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
