THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10061 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused No.1 in C.C. No.276 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Parvatipuram.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. A letter to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
