This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the application dated 28.01.2015 made by the for grant of building permission in the property admeasuring Ac.0.021/2 cents in Plot No.1, Pamuru Raod, Kandukuru Town, Prakasham District, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the same.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing counsel appearing for 2nd respondent-Municipality submits that the petitioner has not made the application in the proper format along with plan, except making a general representation. In view of the above submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh application along with the approved plan in accordance with the Rules. As and when the petitioner makes such application, the competent authority may consider and dispose of the same within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
