The case of the petitioner is that he filed an application dated 30.10.2017 to the respondent No.3 seeking information under the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005 relating to the particulars of the Assigned Lands situated in Prathikolla Village, Eluru Mandal, West Godavari District, before and after Kolleru operation and other particulars. After receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent forwarded the same to the respondent No.5 by addressing a letter in L.Dis.No.A21/e1038332/2017, dated 03.11.2017.
Thereafter, the 5th respondent issued incomplete information by an endorsement dated 22.11.2017 vide file No.E file No.1083544/2017. Aggrieved by the incomplete information furnished by the respondents the petitioner filed appeal/complaint to the 2nd respondent on 12.12.2017 under the provisions of Section 18 of the Andhra Pradesh Right to Information Act, 2005 and rules made there under. But, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the appeal/complaint dated 12.12.2017 submitted by the petitioner in accordance
with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
