This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 15.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.294 of 2015 in O.S.No.2160 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the X Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of petition before the trial Court with regard to the maintainability of the suit.

Permission is granted.
