THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.39461 OF 2013 O R D E R :

In this Writ Petition, petitioner assails proceedings dt.19.11.2012 of the 2nd respondent confiscating petitioner's vehicle i.e., Tata Sumo bearing registration No.TN 25 W 0628 under Section 44(2-A) of the A.P. Forests Act, 1967.

2. Although counsel for petitioner contends that the said order is not sustainable, since the petitioner has a remedy of appeal against the said order before the Conservator of Forests, Wild Life Management Circle, Tirupathi, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the said appellate authority, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
