Ms. P. Siri Chandana, learned counsel, representing Sri K.R. Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Transfer C.M.P., and to that effect she also made an endorsement on the case bundle.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
