The petitioner prays for the following relief: " .....the Hon'ble Court may be pleased that an order or direction or Writ in the nature of Mandamus be issued directing the respondents herein to deter in adopting the illegal methods in recovery of its dues in pursuance of Award passed in ARC No.
288/2000/OSD/VCUB, TL No.246 (SID) by the first respondent, without following due process of law, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case".
The petitioner fairly through W.P.M.P.No.37278 of 2016 has placed on record a few steps taken by the respondents. It is submitted that these proceedings are also illegal and motivated. The petitioner intends to challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding or case and seeks leave of the Court to avail such legal remedies. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to petitioner to work out remedies available in law against the steps taken by respondents either in this Court or before the Tribunal. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
