Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 09.11.2017 to 3rd respondent regarding fixation of his seniority and that the 3rd respondent has not considered the same till date.

Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondent states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said petitioner's representation dt.09.11.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
