THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.336 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No.41 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narasannapeta, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 r/w.109 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. No stay was granted by this Court earlier. Admittedly, the case pertains to the year 2014. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner at this length of time.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J February 16, 2016.
