THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.224 of 2015 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners had filed a letter dated 25.02.2016 in the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the revision, in view of the amicable settlement by way of compromise reached between the parties out of Court. Hence, the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Withdrawal'.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners is present and sought permission of the court to withdraw the revision petition.

In view of the letter dated 25.02.2016 and recording the submission of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
