THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.38376 of 2018 ORDER:

In view of the availability of an alternative remedy against the impugned memo before the State Government, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file a statutory appeal before the appellate authority and, if any such appeal is filed, the appellate authority is directed to consider the said appeal and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
